Karst TED 2026 Competition – Terms & Conditions
1. ELIGIBILITY
1.1 The competition is open exclusively to attendees of the TED 2026 event in Vancouver.
1.2 The competition is international; however, shipping costs are only covered for winners located in Europe, Australia, and North America. If the winner is outside these regions, they must cover the shipping costs.
1.3 Only one entry per business is permitted.
2. COMPETITION PERIOD
2.1 The competition will run from April 13, 2026, to April 30, 2026 (midnight EST).
2.2 Entries submitted after the closing date will not be valid.
3. HOW TO ENTER
3.1 To enter, attendees must scan the QR code provided at the TED 2026 event and complete the entry form with the required details.
3.2 Incomplete or duplicate entries will not be considered.
4.WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
4.1 One winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries.
4.2 The winner will be notified via email by April 30, 2026.
4.3 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Karst reserves the right to select a new winner.
5.PRIZE & REDEMPTION
5.1 The prize consists of 100 custom Karst notebooks (hardcover or softcover) in the winner’s choice of available colors, with their own artwork applied to the front cover.
5.2 Production and delivery may take up to 90 days from the date of finalizing artwork.
5.3 The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5.4 If the winner is located outside of Europe, Australia, or North America, they must cover the shipping costs.
6.DATA USAGE & PRIVACY
6.1 By entering the competition, participants agree that Karst may store and use their contact details for marketing emails and promotional communications.
6.2 Entrants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
7.1 Karst reserves the right to modify or cancel the competition if necessary.
7.2 The competition is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TED. It is independently organized by Karst.
